Great and helpful staff. There's a bar at the reception and I got a compliment glass of wine to mark my first staying there. The room was very clean, comfy and had a big balcony. We also asked for late checkout (1.5 hours later) and had it with no extra charge. Will definitely recommend as a weekend getaway during a lockdown, felt like traveling again.

Cleaning staff came round daily if needing anything, including free bottles of water. Shower room was really spacious and luxurious. Having air conditioning made a huge difference!

It was a comfortable stay with big beds and the towels and linen were of high quality. The room was spacious for the four of us. The staff were friendly and attentive. Kids enjoyed the koi fish in front of the hotel and smokey pond.
